The Heart Behind Off Duty Haus 🤍

Hi, I'm Taylor, the founder of Off Duty Haus.

If there's one thing you'll learn about me, it's that I believe the little things matter.

Like a lot of women, I've spent years living by schedules, routines, and responsibilities. Between nursing school, work, fitness, and building a business, discipline became a huge part of who I am. But I've realized discipline doesn't look the same for everyone. For some, it's chasing big goals. For others, it's simply showing up each day with intention. Neither is more meaningful than the other.

And the moments I've loved most weren't always the big milestones. They were the quiet ones. The coffee after an early shift. Running errands in leggings. Weekend farmers markets. Long drives with nowhere to be. Those little moments where the uniform comes off, but I still want to feel put together.

That's where Off Duty Haus began.

I wanted to create more than just a hat. I wanted to create something simple, something personal, something you could make your own a space where women could build something that felt like them.

Whether you're a nurse, teacher, first responder, student, business owner, mom, or simply someone working toward the life you want, you deserve something that's uniquely yours.

Because every woman deserves a piece that reminds her who she is outside of what she does. When the uniform comes off, the titles fade, and the day slows down, I hope Off Duty Haus is part of those moments.

Welcome to the Haus. I'm so happy you're here. 🤍
