Custom hats: Because personalized hats are made specifically for you, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error.
Ready-to-wear hats: Unworn, unused hats may be eligible for return or exchange within your return window (for example, 14 days from delivery).
How long will my order take?
Custom hats: approximately 7–14 business days before shipping.
Ready-to-wear hats: typically ship within 2–5 business days (if in stock).
